WHEN DID I STOP BEING ME?

A free 5-minute reflection

Your life can look perfectly good and still not quite feel like yours.

Maybe you know something needs to change, but you’re not sure what.

Maybe you’ve become so used to considering what makes sense, what everyone else needs, or what you’re supposed to want that answering one simple question has become surprisingly difficult.

What do I actually want?

When Did I Stop Being Me? is a short reflection designed to help you notice some of the patterns that may already be shaping your choices, without you even realising it.

No scores. No diagnosis. Just nine simple statements and five quiet minutes to notice what comes up.

By requesting the reflection, you’ll also receive occasional emails from me about Identity Alchemy and the patterns that can quietly shape our choices. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Perhaps you’ve noticed…

You say yes when you’d really rather say no.

You automatically think about what everyone else needs before asking yourself what you want.

You’re the person who sorts things out, because that’s what you’ve always done.

You know something needs to change, but when you try to imagine what you want instead, your mind goes blank.

You make a decision, then immediately start explaining to yourself why it isn’t practical or sensible.

Or perhaps you’ve simply caught yourself thinking:

“This isn’t the life I imagined I’d be living.”

None of these things necessarily looks like a problem from the outside.

That’s partly why they can be so easy to miss.

We can do something for so long that we stop seeing it as a pattern.

We simply think:

“That’s just who I am.”

But what if it isn’t?

What if this isn’t simply “who you are”?

“I’m just practical.”

“I’m the one who sorts things out.”

“I always think of everyone else.”

“I overthink everything.”

“That’s just who I am.”

Maybe.

But sometimes the things we think of as personality are patterns we’ve repeated for so long that they’ve become automatic.

They may once have been useful. They may still be useful.

The question isn’t whether you need to get rid of them.

The question is whether they still get to make your choices for you.

That’s what When Did I Stop Being Me? invites you to notice.

Nine simple statements. No score and no right or wrong result.

Just an opportunity to notice:

What has been getting a vote in my life without me realising it?

A little about Coral

I’m Coral Bell, an Identity Alchemist.

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked with energy and healing, alongside an enduring curiosity about why we do the things we do, especially when we know they’re no longer working for us.

Identity Alchemy brings together intuitive pattern recognition, somatic exploration and energy work to uncover what may be sitting underneath the problem you think you have.

Because sometimes understanding something in your head isn’t enough.

We need to go underneath it.

Often, you don’t need another answer.

You need to see the problem differently.
